Naturalistic illustration and nature journals have allowed me to rediscover and re-enchant myself with the world of natural sciences, which is so little known, yet so diverse and fascinating.

 

Art and illustration provide scientific and cultural knowledge to many who do not have access to these discoveries and to culture in general. Additionally , they offer the opportunity to present complex concepts to audiences outside the academy. I am passionate about continuing to study, learning about visual arts and sciences, and establishing co-creative proposals with researchers, writers, journalists, artists, and designers to further disseminate science.

 

My mission is to highlight the value of our oceans and nature, uniting the arts and sciences through knowledge, illustration, nature journals , and both plastic and graphic arts, addressing topics that are difficult to access or understand while rediscovering nature and continually learning.
