Wild Wonder Foundation Micro Grant
(WWF-Project)
Project
Nature Diary and Naturalistic Illustration for Public and Private Health Personnel
During 2024, a series of science and art talks and workshops were held in healthcare centers, aiming to provide easy and scientifically accurate access to information about urban flora and fauna. Depending on participants’ interests, other topics were also explored, such as the importance of our ocean and the study of microfossils.
As part of the outreach commitment associated with this grant, additional workshops have been offered to other audiences, including NGOs and professionals in the natural and marine sciences. In addition, this website was created to share the initiative and provide educational materials that encourage people to learn and illustrate their surroundings and communities.

Other workshops and talks
I have carried out various activities such as talks and art workshops within the framework of science communication, naturalist illustration, and nature journaling, addressing topics like climate change, plankton, and extreme climatic events.
If you would like to participate, share an idea, or bring these activities to your community, feel free to contact me. Project Turqueza was created with the goal of raising awareness about our environment through illustration and the arts, fostering a deeper and more responsible connection with the nature that surrounds us.
